摘要
器官纤维化一直是医学界的研究热点,氧化应激与纤维化疾病关系密切。过氧化物酶2(peroxiredoxin 2,Prx2)是体内重要的抗氧化酶,其突出的抗氧化功能可以在纤维化疾病发生发展过程中发挥重要作用。另外Prx2对于活性氧水平的变化十分敏感,这一特点在纤维化疾病诊断和预测方面具有很大的研究价值;同时Prx2也具有影响细胞凋亡、调控细胞信号传导和分子伴侣等功能。该文就Prx2主要功能及其在肺脏、肾脏和肝脏纤维化中的作用进行阐述,并探讨Prx2未来的研究重点及发展趋势。
Organ fibrosis has always been a research hot topic in the medicine.The relationship between oxidative stress and fibrotic diseases is close.Peroxiredoxin 2(Prx2),an important antioxidant enzyme,exits in the body.Its outstanding antioxidant function can play an important role in the occurrence and development of fibrotic diseases.In addition,Prx2 is very sensitive to active reactive oxygen species levels.This feature has great research value in the diagnosis and prediction of fibrotic diseases.At the same time,Prx2 can affect apoptosis,regulate cell signal transduction and molecular chaperones.This article reviews the main functions of Prx2 and its effect on the lung,kidney,and liver fibrosis.Finally,it discusses the future hot topic and development trends of Prx2.
