摘要
通过对影响地方应用型本科院校课堂教学质量的因素进行分析,采用层次分析法,建立评价模型,确定各影响因素的权重。结合模糊综合评判法,对任课教师的课堂教学质量进行评价,为教学主管部门的决策提供依据。案例表明,所得到的数学模型,可以对任课教师的课堂教学质量进行较为客观的分析评价,减少学生评教过程中的主观性。
Through the analysis of the factors that affect the quality of the classroom teaching in the local application-oriented universities,the analytic hierarchy process was used to set up the evaluation model,and the weight of each influence factor was determined.In combination with the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,the teaching quality of the teacher was evaluated.This can provide the basis for the decision-making of the teaching department.The case showed that the obtained mathematical model could be used to make a more objective analysis and evaluation of the classroom teaching quality of any class teacher,and to reduce the subjectivity in the course of studentundefineds evaluation.
