摘要
基于环境行为和需求理论,提出健康导向型人居环境概念,建立健康人居环境要素、健康环境基本属性与居民感知需求关系的假设模型。通过调研访谈、问卷调查收集数据并运用结构方程模型进行假设检验与分析,提出健康人居环境规划策略,为健康城市建设提供参考。研究表明:交通环境、人文环境、游憩环境对健康环境基本属性和居民感知需求有显著正向影响,其中人行道路、生活氛围、游憩设施分别是最重要的影响因子;健康环境基本属性与居民感知需求有显著正相关,游憩环境要素对健康环境基本属性产生的影响效应最大;健康人居环境的健康和宜居属性较为显著,居民对人居环境的归属需求最为显著。建议以健康为导向,合理规划有利于居民身心健康的城市人居环境。
Based on the foundation of environmental behavior theory and demand theory,this paper puts forward the concept of"health-oriented human settlements"and establishes a hypothetical model of relationship between healthy human settlement elements,basic attributes and residents’perceived needs.By means of investigation and questionnaire to collect data and using confirmatory factor analysis to test the hypothesis,the paper puts forward planning strategy of healthy human settlements to provide reference for the construction of healthy city.The research shows that:the elements of traffic environment,humanity environment and recreation environment produce significant positive effects on basic attributes of healthy habitat environment and residents’perceived needs,among which pedestrian roads,living atmosphere and entertainment facilities are the most important impact factors.The basic attributes of healthy habitat environment have significant positive effects on residents’perceived needs,and recreational environmental factors impose the greatest impact on them.The healthy and livable characteristics of health habitat environment are notable,and the residents’need for a sense of identity in their habitat environment is the most significant.It is suggested that to be health-oriented,the rational planning of urban human settlements which is conducive to residents’physical and mental health should be carried out.
