摘要
基于包含非期望产出的超效率SBM模型及Tobit模型研究珠三角城市群绿色发展效率及影响因素。研究发现:珠三角城市群绿色发展效率整体水平较高且存在上升趋势,但城市群内部发展水平存在明显差异;技术效率提升是珠三角城市群绿色发展效率进步的主要原因;人口密度对珠三角城市群绿色发展效率有促进作用。基于此,对珠三角城市群绿色发展效率提出相关建议与对策。
Based on the super efficiency SBM model including unexpected output and Tobit model,this paper studies the green development efficiency and influencing factors of urban agglomeration in the Pearl River Delta.It is found that:the overall level of green development efficiency of urban agglomeration in the Pearl River Delta is high and with an upward trend,but there are obvious differences in the internal development level of urban agglomeration;The improvement of technical efficiency is the main reason for the improvement of green development efficiency of urban agglomeration;Population density can promote the green development efficiency of urban agglomeration in the Pearl River Delta.Based on the above findings,this paper puts forward relevant suggestions and countermeasures for the green development efficiency of urban agglomeration in the Pearl River Delta.
