摘要
应用超效率SBM模型和GML指数,从静态和动态两种视角对2011-2017年内蒙古自治区及其12个盟市的绿色发展效率与绿色全要素生产率进行了测度与分解。结果表明:静态效率方面,内蒙古绿色发展效率整体水平较低,区域差异较大,呈现蒙中地区高于蒙西和蒙东地区的倒“V”字型分布特征;动态效率方面,内蒙古绿色发展全要素生产率整体呈现缓慢增长趋势,不同区域和不同盟市的全要素生产率改进情况存在差异,技术进步是全要素生产率变动的主要根源。
The green development efficiency and green total productivity growth of the Inner Mongolia and its 12 cities from 2011 to 2017 were measure and decomposedly evaluated from static and dynamic perspective by using superefficiency SBM model and GML index in this article.Among them:In terms of static efficiency,the overall level of green development efficiency in Inner Mongolia is relatively low,and the regional differences are large.It shows the inverted“V”distribution characteristics,that the central region is higher than the eastern and western regions.In terms of dynamic efficiency,the green total productivity growth in the Inner Mongolia shows a slow growth trend overall.There are differences in the improvement of green total productivity growth in different regions and different cities,and the technological progress is the main source of its changes in green total productivity growth.
