摘要 青少年进行体育锻炼有利于身体发展和身心健康,大部分青少年存在着运动不足的现象,从而不能充分获得运动带来的健身益处。加强和宣传运动健身的益处,让青少年养成经常进行体育运动的习惯,其意义是深远的。 Participation in youth sports can provide a wide range of health-enhancing benefits and gains in health-related fitness. However, participation alone may not always meet the physical activity and energy expenditure requirements to achieve these expected results. It is profound to reinforce and propagate the benefits of physical activity and to develop exercise habits in children.
