摘要
缺乏锻炼不是某一单方面的原因,而是受多种因素综合影响的结果。以促进学生体育锻炼为目的,采用文献资料、逻辑分析等定性研究方法,从社会生态学理论5个层面分析影响大学生体育锻炼的因素,并提出创新路径。个体层面:培养学生体育认知能力;设置目标定向,提高运动参与能力等。人际层面:父母/老师/同伴成为促进体育锻炼的重要他人;创造支持性的体育环境。组织层面:学校要重视体育,培养高素质的师资队伍;创造良好的运动环境;组织多元化的体育竞赛活动等。社区层面:完善社区体育体系,发挥媒体的积极作用;改善社区环境。政策层面:科学制定体育评价标准;重抓政策落实;加强政府与各部门间的联动;增加毕业生入职体育测试。
Lack of exercises is attributed to more than one cause.In order to promote students'physical exercise,using qualitative research methods such as literature and logical analysis,this paper analyzed factors that affect the physical exercise of college students from the five aspects of social ecology theory.It also put forward a targeted innovation path.At individual level,cultivate students'cognitive ability of physical education;Set target orientation,and Improve the ability to participate in sports.At Interpersonal level,involve Parents/teachers/companions to promote physical exercise;create a supportive sports environment.At the organizational level,attach importance to physical education;cultivate high-quality teachers;create a good sports environment;organize a variety of sports events.At the community level,improve the community sports system and give full play to the positive role of media;improve the community environment.At the policy level,scientific formulation of sports evaluation criteria;emphasize the implementation of the policy;strengthen the linkage between the government and various departments;Increase entry sports tests for graduates.
