摘要
韧性是区域抵抗冲击、恢复和适应成长的重要属性。数字平台生态系统体现了信息技术与社会经济的融合,对强化区域韧性具有重要意义。数字平台生态系统通过发挥信息交流、资源配置、社会整合和学习创新四大优势,从物质技术、组织制度、经济和社会四个维度增强韧性,构建起智慧社区等数字化社会生态系统,从而实现区域韧性。同时,数字平台生态系统与区域韧性系统的耦合,需要解决匹配、边界和治理等关键问题。
Regional resilience is an important attribute of resistance to shocks, recovery and adaptation. Digital platform ecosystem is an integration of information technology, society and economy, which is significant for enhancing regional resilience. By leveraging advantages of information exchange, resource allocation, social integration, and innovation, digital platform ecosystems enhance resilience from multi-dimensions of materials and technologies, organizations and institutions, economy and society. By building a digitized social ecosystem, such as smart community, the regional resilience can be finally enhanced. At the same time, it is necessary to solve some key issues such as the match between digital platform ecosystems and social situation, and boundaries and governance of digital platform ecosystems.
