摘要
以某电厂600 MW亚临界机组为研究对象,为探讨掺烧高硫煤对机组运行的影响进行了掺烧试验研究,结果表明:通过煤种特性分析,确定了不同配煤掺烧试验方案,可实现全程3台磨煤机混煤掺烧,不同负荷下高硫煤的掺烧比例最高分别可达34%、35.9%和30%,并从环保、结渣、磨煤机出力等方面对机组掺烧高硫煤后的运行情况进行了分析;与3台磨煤机未掺烧高硫煤相比,随着掺烧高硫煤比例的增加,锅炉效率随之下降、厂用电率随之升高,在综合考虑燃煤成本的情况下,得出机组不同负荷下总的发电成本分别降低了7.5%、6.6%和5.7%,掺烧高硫煤降低发电成本效果显著,实现了电厂企业综合效益最大化,为电厂锅炉掺烧高硫煤提供参考。
Taking a 600 MW subcritical unit of a power plant as the research object,a mixed-burning test study was conducted to explore the influence of high-sulfur coal burning on the unit operation.The results show that through the analysis of coal characteristics,different blending test schemes are determined,which can achieve the blending of three coal mills in the whole process.The highest proportion of high sulfur coal blending under different loads can reach 34%,35.9%and 30%,respectively.The operation of the unit after blending high sulfur coal is analyzed from the aspects of environmental protection,slagging,and capacity of the pulverizer.Compared with the three pulverizers without high sulfur coal,with the increase of the proportion of high sulfur coal,the boiler efficiency will decrease and the station service power consumption rate will increase.Considering the coal cost comprehensively,the total power generation cost of the unit under different loads will be reduced by 7.5%,6.6%and 5.7%respectively.The blending of high sulfur coal has a significant effect on reducing the cost of power generation,which maximizes the comprehensive benefits of power plant enterprises and provides a reference for the boiler of power plant to burn high sulfur coal.
