摘要
针对几种常用煤种的特性和配煤掺烧方式,丰城二期电厂进行了锅炉现场掺烧优化调整试验,分析其对锅炉效率、安全及经济性的影响,得出最佳的配煤掺烧方案,提高劣质煤的利用率,最大限度地降低发电成本,并为锅炉日常运行和后期电厂进煤提供科学依据和基础数据。
To further explore the potential capacity of energy saving in unit, we conduct an optimizing adjustment test of boiler blending coal combustion. Focusing on the features of several common used coals and their blending modes, the trial aims to analyze the impacts among the boiler efficiency, the safety and the economy and find out the best blending coal program, which can improve the utilization of the low quality coal and minimize the cost of power generation. It can also provide the scientific basis and essential data for the daily operation of the boiler and the future coal import of power plant.
