摘要 众所周知,设计煤种时针对具体锅炉选择的,是锅炉的最佳燃用煤种。但实际上,由于煤炭资源紧张,导致目前越来越多的电厂在实际运行中很难一直燃用设计煤种,在加上节省成本的考虑,混煤掺烧已经成了多数电厂的选择。分析了混煤掺烧对制粉系统的影响、混煤掺烧对锅炉运行性能的影响、混煤掺烧对经济性的影响等,为锅炉运行的安全性和经济性提供参考。 As we all know,the design coal is chosen as per the special boiler as the best coal for boiler combustion.But in fact,due to shortage of coal resource,a number of power plants are difficult to fire the design coal during actual operation,and consider of saving cost,mixed coal co-firing has become the choice of most plants.The impacts of mixed coal co-firing on coal system,boiler operation performance and economy are analyzed,which provide reference for boiler operation safety and economy.
