摘要
火电厂锅炉运行时劣质煤掺烧会导致锅炉燃烧效率下降、设备可靠性变差等问题。对某发电厂300 MW亚临界W火焰锅炉掺烧劣质煤过程中存在的问题进行探究,提出优化调整措施,通过试验分析,证明了优化调整措施的有效性,保障了机组的安全可靠和效益稳定。
The co-combustion of low-volatile coal during the operation of thermal power plant boilers,resulting in reduced com⁃bustion efficiency and deteriorated equipment reliability.The issues encountered during the co-combustion of low-volatile coal in a 300 MW subcritical W-flame boiler in a power plant are studied.The optimization and adjustment measures are put forward,and the effectiveness of the optimization and adjustment measures is proved through the test analysis,which ensures the safety,re⁃liability and benefit stability of the unit.
