摘要
在广西某电厂W型火焰锅炉进行越南无烟煤与山西大友烟煤掺烧试验,掺烧方式采用炉前掺烧和分仓掺烧,掺烧时采用烟煤比例逐步递增方式。通过比较不同掺烧方式和掺烧比例下炉膛结焦情况、灰渣可燃物含量、火焰温度水平以及制粉系统安全性的变化趋势,确定越南无烟煤与山西大友烟煤最大掺烧比例为4∶6。
Experiment on co-firing of Vietnamese anthracite and Shanxi bituminous coal in a W-flame boiler was conducted,by pre-mix and late-mix ways.During combustion,the proportion of bituminous coal was gradually increased.The variation trends of slagging situation,combustible ash content,flame temperature and pulverizing system safety with different co-firing ways and mixed ratios were compared.The results showed that,the best anthracite/bituminous mass ratio was 4:6,and the pre-mix way was suggested.
