摘要
为提高锅炉运行的经济性和安全性,采用声波测温技术对某330 MW机组W形火焰锅炉的炉膛烟温进行测量,通过与抽气热电偶的测量结果对比分析了声波测温的准确性。试验结果表明:炉膛声波测温系统能够准确反映炉内燃烧烟温分布和变化,据此通过燃烧调整可避免锅炉局部燃烧不完全及结焦,提高锅炉经济性和安全性;在声波测温的协助下开展燃烧调整后,该机组300 MW负荷下锅炉热效率提高了1.4%。
In order to improve the economy and safety of boiler operation,the furnace temperature of a 330 MW W-shaped flame boiler was measured by acoustic pyrometer.The accuracy of the acoustic pyrometer was verified by a suction thermocouple.The result shows that,the acoustic pyrometer can accurately reflect the distribution and change of flue gas temperature in the furnace.On this basis,carrying out combustion adjustment can avoid the incomplete combustion and slag in local area of the boiler,thus to enhance the economy and safety of the boiler.After combustion adjustment aided by the acoustic pyrometer,the 300 MW unit boiler’s thermal efficiency increased by 1.4%,indicating the effect is good.
