摘要 为解决二次再热塔式炉启动初期省煤器出口水汽化问题,对前后墙省煤器的结构布置与热力环境进行了综合分析。结果表明,省煤器采用分体式设计、炉膛上部设置分隔墙、较高的给水温度、较大的给水压头损失以及启动初期较高的炉膛烟温等,是二次再热塔式锅炉省煤器发生汽化的主要原因。通过合理组织燃烧、降低火焰中心,增大给水流量、优化给水方式,开启汽机各级旁路及省煤器排汽阀,缓投高低压加热器等措施,保证了省煤器出口水处于欠饱和状态,较好地解决了启动初期前墙省煤器汽化问题。相关经验对后续二次再热机组的启动运行具有实际借鉴意义。 In order to solve the problem of water evaporation in the outlet of the economizer at start - up initial stage of 1 000 MW double reheat boiler, the comprehensive analysis has been carried out on struc- tural layout of economizer which located at front & rear wall and thermal environment. Result shows that split design of economizer, partition wall at the upper part of the furnace, high feed - water temperature, large water pressure head loss and higher furnace flue gas temperature at the start - up initial stage, is the main reason for the economizer vaporization of the double reheat tower type boiler. With the help of or- ganizing reasonable combustion, reduce the position of centre of the flame, increasing the water flow, opti- mize the way of water supply, opening the turbine bypass and economizer exhaust valve, putting high and low pressure heaters into service slowly, the outlet water of economizer is ensured unsaturated, and the front wall and rear wall economizer vaporization problem is solved well during the initial start stage. Rele- vant start -up and running experience can provide practical reference for subsequent secondary reheat u- nit.
