This paper provides in-depth discussions on the design difficulties of the 1000MW-class ultra-supercritical doublereheat boiler.Detailed studies and analyses are undertaken on the control of steam temperatures,flue gas side and steam side deviations,thermal hydraulic deviations and the flue gas recycling system.The paper presents effective and practical measures for the key technological areas relating to the design of the double-reheat boilers.
