摘要
我国火电建设正在进入新的历史阶段 ,开发和建设超超临界 (USC)燃煤机组为我国在 2 0 10~ 2 0 2 0年间进入世界燃煤发电技术先进国家的行列奠定了坚实的基础。国内USC机组目前在容量上分 6 0 0MW和 10 0 0MW 2个等级 ,在蒸汽参数上 ,按汽机入口处计 ,建议采用 2 5~ 2 7MPa ,6 0 0 / 6 0 0℃一次再热。开发USC机组的关键 ,在于开发热强度高、耐高温腐蚀、耐汽侧氧化、技术上可行、经济上合理的新型钢材。USC机组的锅炉根据国外的经验宜采用n形结构或塔式结构。 10 0 0MW汽机可以做成四缸四排汽 (背压 5kPa左右 )或五缸六排汽 (背压 3kPa左右 )。
The domestic USC units are divided into 2 grades of 600 MW and 1 000 MW based on the capaci ty. It is recommended to adopt 25~27 MPa,600/600℃ once reheating turbine coun ted for the turbine inlet according to the steam parameters. The key technique for development of USC units is t o develop a new type of steel material with high thermal strength, resistance to high temperature corrosion and oxidation at steam side. According to the foreig n experience the boilers for USC units should better be the “n” shape or tower structures. The 1 000 MW turbine can be of-4casing 4-exhaust (a t back pressure about 5 kPa) or 6-casing 6-exhaust (at back pressure about 3 kPa) arrangement. [
