摘要
阴极电泳线槽液技术参数的变化直接影响槽液的稳定性和涂膜的质量,控制槽液技术参数可以减少病态漆膜发生的几率。本文阐述了当黑色丙烯酸阴极电泳槽液在铝合金电泳线上的常规参数(槽液固含、温度、pH、电导率、溶剂含量)出现偏差时对漆膜的影响,并根据检测的槽液参数数据对电泳槽液进行调整,为电泳线的正常运行提供帮助。
The change of the technical parameters of the bath fluid of cathodic electrophoresis directly affects the stability of the bath fluid and the quality of the coating film.Thus the film defects can be reduced by controlling the technical parameters.Conventional parameters of black acrylic acid cathodic electrophoresis bath solution on aluminum alloy electrophoresis line are described as follows:bath liquid solid content,bath liquid temperature,bath liquid pH value,conductivity of bath liquid.Besides,the influence of solvent content deviation on the properties of film is investigated.According to the measured parameters,this paper is aimed to facilitate the operation of electrophoresis line via the adjustment of bath liquid.
