摘要
干燥设备普遍应用于石化、医药、食品等各个工业领域。介绍了几种典型的干燥设备的工作原理、特点和适用范围,根据生产规模、干燥物料的特性、干燥时间等常规参数,推荐选择适用的干燥设备,并提出干燥设备的研发应沿着有效利用能源、提高产品质量、减少环境影响、易操作等方向发展。
Drying equipment are extensively applied in various industries including petrochemical,pharmaceutical and food. The working principle,feature and applicable scope of several typical types of drying equipment are outlined. Applicable drying equipment are recommended based on the production scale,characteristics of the material to be dried,and the drying time. It is highlighted that the research and development of drying equipment are going in the direction of effective utilization of energy,increased product quality,reduced environmental impact,and easy operation.
