摘要
新型电泳涂料成膜助剂乙二醇异辛醚(2EHG)具有沸点高、挥发速度慢、水中溶解度小、对电泳树脂溶解性好等特点。考察了乙二醇异辛醚(2EHG)、乙二醇己醚(HC)、丙二醇苯醚(PPH)添加在电泳涂料中,对涂膜外观、膜厚增加、光泽度和粗糙度的影响。实验结果表明,乙二醇异辛醚具有较好的成膜性、烘烤流平性和性价比。
The advantages of novel coalescent agent ethylene glycol 2-ethylhexyl ether（2EHG） for E-coating include high boiling point, slow evaporation rate, slight solubility in water and good solubility for E-coating resin. Ethylene glycol 2-etbylhexyl ether（2EHG）,ethylene glycol monohexyl ether（HC） and propylene glycol phenyl ether（PPH） were tested on fihn appearance, thickness build-up, gloss and roughness. Test results indicated that 2EHG had good flowing property on baking condition and it was economic in consideration of cost.
