摘要
介绍了影响金属眼镜架丙烯酸阴极电泳漆涂膜层附着力的多种因素,包括:电泳漆的选择、电导率和pH的控制、电镀层的选择等。并提出一种简单的涂膜附着力检测方法:用普通自来水浸泡,根据设定时间,捞出用指甲剥。作为多品种、少批量流水线作业,此检测方法较简便实用。
Some factors affecting the adhesion of acrylic cathodic electrophoretic coating were introduced, including selection of electrophoretic and electroplating coating, control of electric conductivity and pH value, etc. One test method for the adhesion of the paint film was presented: dip the painting workpiece in the common tap water for set time, and then take out the workpiece and peel the paint film with nail. The test method is simple and practical for the assembly line of multi variety and small batch.
