摘要 采用气相色谱-质谱法测定甲氰菊酯、高效氯氰菊酯、氯菊酯、氯氰菊酯、氰戊菊酯、溴氰菊酯混合样品。选择三重四级杆串联质谱法分析样品,对同等类型重叠菊酯类农药选择其特征离子进行定性,能有效克服单四级杆的缺陷。对6种菊酯类农药以“SCAN”模式进行全扫描,得到每种农药的母离子和保留时间;对母离子进行再次扫描,得到对应的特征离子对。以灵敏度最高的1对作为定量离子,再选择第2对离子作定性离子。各农药的保留时间结合定性离子对综合考评,该分析方法6种组分分离效果好,色谱图无杂峰及拖尾现象。6种菊酯类农药测定值的相对标准偏差均小于0.3%(n=6),相对偏差均小于0.5%。 Six monopyrethroids(including cypermethrin,cypermethrin,permethrin,cypermethrin,cypermethrin,deltamethrin)were determined by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry.The defects of single and four-stage rod can be effectively solved by selecting triple quadrupole tandem mass spectrometry(TMS),samples were qualitative by selecting characteristic ions for the same type of overlap pyrethroid pesticides.Six pyrethroids were scanned in SCAN mode to obtain the parent ions and retention time of each pesticide.The parent ions were scanned again and corresponding characteristic ion pairs were obtained.The first pair with the highest sensitivity was used as the quantitative ion,and the second pair was selected as the qualitative ion.The retention time of each pesticide combined with the comprehensive evaluation of qualitative ion pair showed that the method had good separation effect of 6 components,and the chromatogram had no stray peaks and trailing phenomena.The relative standard deviations of the detection results were all less than 0.3%(n=6),and the relative deviations were all less than 0.5%.
