摘要
建立快速、准确测定果蔬中5种拟除虫菊酯类农药残留量的方法。采用漩涡振荡提取农药残留,固相萃取柱净化,毛细管柱气相色谱法-μECD检测器测定。该法可同时分离检测5种拟除虫菊酯类农药残留,检出限为0.001～0.005μg/mL。拟除虫菊酯类农药残留量在0.01～1μg/mL范围内与色谱峰高线性关系良好,相关系数大于0.9998。测定结果的相对标准偏差为4.8%～10.5%(n=6),回收率为89.9%～105.0%。
A method for rapid and accurate determination of 5 pyrethroid pesticides residues in fruit and vegetable was established.The pesticide residues were extracted by vortex shaking,purified by a SPE column,and then determined by capillary gas chromatography-μECD.This method could determine 5 pyrethroid pesticides residues at the same time.The detection limits were 0.001-0.005 μg/mL,and the liner range were 0.01-1 μg/mL.The correlation coefficients were more than 0.999 8.The relative standard deviations were 4.8...
