摘要
用宽口径弹性石英柱色谱分析法测定了茶叶中7种菊酯类农药残留。试验了样品中农药残留物的提取方法,确定了最佳分析条件。该法最低检出浓度为1.0～5.5μg/kg,样品加标回收率为84.6％～95.0％。
The technique determining seven kinds of pyrethroid pesticide remains inside tea was studied by means of quartz column chromatography with flexibility width caliber. The distilling method of the pesticide remains from the specimens was tested. And the optimum analysis condition was determined. The minimum detection concentration is 1.0-5.5 μg/kg, the recovery rate is 84.6% - 95% .
