摘要
建立反相液相色谱法测定农药中氯菊酯含量的方法。采用C;反相色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm),以甲醇–水溶液(体积比为9∶1)为流动相,流量为0.8 mL/min,检测波长为230 nm,柱温为35 ℃,进样体积为10 μL,以外标法测定农药中氯菊酯的含量。氯菊酯的质量浓度在1~200 μg/mL范围内与色谱峰面积具有良好的线性关系,相关系数为1.000,顺式氯菊酯和反式氯菊酯的检出限均为0.50 μg/mL。氯菊酯的加标回收率为98.60%~100.70%,测定结果的相对标准偏差为0.18%(n=6)。该方法可用于农药中氯菊酯的快速检测。
A method for the determination of permethrin in pesticides by reversed phase liquid chromatography was established.A C;reversed phase chromatographic column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) was used,methanol water solution(volume ratio 9∶1) was used as the mobile phase,the flow rate was 0.8 mL/min,the detection wavelength was 230 nm,the column temperature was 35 ℃,and the injection volume was 10 μL.The content of permethrin in pesticides was determined by external standard method.The mass concentration of permethrin had a good linear relationship with the chromatographic peak area in the range of 1–200 μg/mL,the correlation coefficient was 1.000,and the detection limits of cis-permethrin and trans-permethrin were 0.50 μg/mL.The recoveries of permethrin were 98.60%–100.70%,and the relative standard deviation was 0.18%(n=6).The method can be used for rapid determination of permethrin in pesticides.
