摘要
"以学生为中心、能力培养为目标"的研究型实验课程建设是高等院校本科实验教学改革的趋势。顺应学科发展和高等教育现代化进程的推进,南京大学生物化学实验以巩固基础理论、训练实验技能、培养学生发现和解决问题能力为目标,在教学内容更新和教学思想改革进行尝试和探索。我们充分利用生物化学实验慕课和导师制实施教学,将基础实验自主学习和创新性综合实验的自由探索相结合,实现了教学内容升级、教学质量提升和学生能力培养的三者统一。为实验类课程"研究型教学"进行了有益的探索和尝试。并以此为基础,规划设计了更高要求的实验课程教学内容,以期将实验课程建设成拓展视角、训练思维、培养能力的最佳平台。
Research-teaching,focused on"taking students as the center and capacity training"is the reform trend of experiment courses in higher education.In accordance with disciplinary development and modernization of higher education,Biochemistry Experiment aimed to consolidate the basic knowledge,master the experimental skills,and acquire the ability of problem finding and solving.We put new contents and thoughts into the curriculum.Combing the Biochemistry Experiment MOOC(massive open online courses)construction and the tutorial system while teaching,we integrated the basic experimental training with the independent exploration of comprehensive experiments.As a result,the teaching content and quality,as well as the capacity training were all improved greatly.It is an ideal attempt to apply research-teaching in experimental courses.Based on this exploration,we planned further curriculum designation with higher standard,in order to construct the experiment courses as the best training platform for perspective expansion,thinking training and ability cultivation.
