摘要
目的探讨和分析山西大同大学医学院毕业生临床执业医师考试成绩和通过率情况,并进一步与全国平均成绩进行比较分析,以便为日后加强我校医学教育和医师队伍建设等方面提供科学依据。方法收集2014年9月至2018年9月山西大同大学医学院859名五年制临床医学毕业生的成绩和通过率数据,并与全国平均水平进行比较分析。结果山西大同大学医学院自2014年至2018年间,通过率由43.85%升高至76.47,2014-2017年间通过率与全国通过率比较差异显著,2018年与全国通过率无显著性差异。结论总的来看,山西大同大学近五年以来的考生执业医师考试通过率呈波动式稳步上升趋势,然而本校4个模块的平均掌握率仍低于全国平均水平,未来还需进一步提升教学质量,改革教学方法。
Objective To explore and analyze the results and pass rate of Examination of Doctors'Qualification of graduates from Medical School of Shanxi Datong University,and to further compare with the national average scores,so as to provide scientific basis for strengthening medical education and the construction of doctors team in our university in the future.Methods The data of 859 fiveyear clinical medicine graduates from Medical School of Shanxi Datong University from September 2014 to September 2018 were col⁃lected and compared with the national average scores.Results From 2014 to 2018,the total pass rate of the college increased from 43.85%to 76.47%.There was a significant difference from 2014 to 2017 between the department of medicine and the national total pass rate,and there was no significant difference in 2018 between this school and the national pass rate.Conclusion In general,the to⁃tal pass rate of the school has been rising steadily in the past five years.However,the average mastering rate of the four modules of Shanxi Datong University is still lower than the national average level.In the future,it is necessary to further improve the teaching qual⁃ity and reform the teaching methods.
