摘要
目的:了解与北京地区执业医师资格考试相关性较高的教学科目,为医疗教育改革方向提供理论依据,同时也为医师资格考试的发展和完善提供参考。方法:以2003年至2005年首都医科大学临床医学毕业生共378人为研究对象,研究其毕业前的综合考试成绩和毕业后国家执业医师资格考试成绩的相关性。结果:国家医师资格考试的成绩与在校相关科目考试成绩均不同程度地呈正相关。结论:医学生在校学习的内、外科成绩是影响国家执业医师资格考试成绩的主要因素。
Objective To study the teaching subjects correlated with National Medical Licensing Examination （NMLE） in Beijing to provide theoretical basis for medical education reform and reference for developing NMLE. Methods 378 students graduated from Capital Medical University from 2003 to 2005 were selected to study its correlation between these students＇ achievements in university and their MLE results. Results There shows positive correlation between their achievements in university and results of NMLE with different degree. Conclusion The scores of medicine and surgery in university are the main factors which affect the results of National Medical Licensing Examination.Author＇s address School of Public Health and Family Medicine, Capital Medical University, Beijing, P.R.
