摘要
针对综采工作面遇煤层冲刷区等特殊地质构造时,如何减少对工作面回采影响,保证工作面的正常推进,研究制定采取缩面回采工艺,通过矿井物探等地质资料,综合分析煤层冲刷区等地质构造带影响的范围,绕开煤层冲刷带超前施工一条缩面顺槽进行缩面回采。同时研究制定了缩面回撤造条件工艺,工作面推进至缩面顺槽时,工作面需缩面区域提前上网上绳、施工顶、帮锚杆进行支护造条件,为工作面缩面回撤提供保证。缩面回采过地质构造区技术的应用,保证了工作面的顺利回采,减少给生产带来的影响,取得较好的效果。
In view of the special geological structure such as coal seam scouring area in fully mechanized face, how to reduce the influence on the mining face and ensure the normal progress of the face based on the geological data such as mine geophysical prospecting, the influence range of geological structure zone such as coal bed scouring area is comprehensively analyzed, and the shrinkage surface mining is carried out by constructing a channel ahead of the coal bed scouring zone. At the same time,studies and formulates the technology of retracting the retracting face. When the face is pushed to the groove of said retracting face, the retracting face needs to be supported by the retracting face area on the wire rope, the construction roof and the help bolt in advance, so as to guarantee the retracting face.The application of shrinkage stoping technology ensures the normal advance of working face, reduces the influence on production, and obtains better effect.
