摘要
以孟村煤矿401102工作面为例,通过综合分析得出401102工作面主要有煤层强冲击倾向性、埋藏深、推采过地质构造及煤层上方赋存多层硬厚砂岩等4个冲击地压主控因素,其中回采期间坚硬顶板破断产生的动载极易诱发冲击地压。通过对工作面动、静载分级防控,煤岩层立体防治,采取煤层爆破、大直径卸压、顶板爆破预裂、地面水平井分段压裂等措施,大幅度降低了工作面冲击危险性,对相似地质条件下深部冲击地压矿井防冲工作具有一定的借鉴意义。
Taking the 401102 working face of Mengcun Coal Mine as an example, through comprehensive analysis, it is concluded that the 401102 working face mainly has four main controlling factors of rock burst, such as the strong rock burst tendency of the coal seam, the buried depth, the geological structure that has been pushed through mining and the occurrence of multiple layers of hard and thick sandstone above the coal seam, among which the dynamic load caused by the fracture of the hard roof during mining is very easy to induce rock burst.Through the classification and control of the dynamic and static load of the working face, the three-dimensional prevention and control of the coal and rock strata, the measures such as coal seam blasting, large-diameter pressure relief, roof blasting pre-splitting, surface horizontal well staged fracturing, etc.,it have greatly reduced the impact risk of the working face, and have certain reference significance for the impact prevention work of deep rock burst mines under similar geological conditions.
