摘要
以古城煤矿N1305工作面为工程背景,通过理论分析和现场试验等方式进行工作面回撤通道稳定性和围岩变形控制研究,即通过分析多种基本顶断裂位置情况,建立基本顶不同断裂情况下的支架受载解析式,并绘制直接顶回转角与支架受载关系图,确定基本顶断裂位置位于采空区上方时,有利于回撤通道围岩控制和机械设备的安全回撤。并以此进行回撤通道支护方案设计,通过现场试验,确定支护方案能够有效控制巷道围岩变形,尤其有利于巷道顶底板围岩控制。
Taking N1305 coal face of Gucheng Colliery as the engineering background,through theoretical analysis and field test,the stability of withdrawal channel and the control of surrounding rock deformation are studied in the paper,that is,by analyzing various basic roof fracture positions,the analytical formula of support load under different basic roof fractures is established,and the relationship between the direct roof rotation angle and support load is drawn.It is determined that when the basic roof fracture position is above the goaf,it is beneficial to the control of surrounding rock of withdrawal roadway and the safe withdrawal of mechanical equipment.Based on this,the supporting scheme of the retreating roadway is designed,whose field test can effectively control the deformation of the surrounding rock of the roadway,especially the surrounding rock of roadway roof and floor.
