摘要
铁煤集团晓南矿N1-1401刨煤工作面受断层影响,按照以往常规设计理念,需布置成多个规则的小工作面,不利于安全生产并且增大成本。经研究,将工作面不规则布置,利用先进的计算机控制技术结合综采工作面的调斜开采经验,实现了N1-1401刨煤机工作面10°不等长调斜转角回采,研究成果对于提高矿井资源回收率,增加安全、经济效益,延长矿井服务年限具有重要意义。
N1-1401 coal plowing face was affected by faults in Xiaonan Coal Mine of Tiefa Group.According to the conventional design concept in the past,multiple regular small faces need to be arranged,which was not conducive to safe production and the costs were increased.After research,the working surfaces were arranged irregularly,using the advanced computer control technology combining with the inclined mining experience of the fully mechanized face,the 10°unequal-length inclined turning angle mining of the N1-1401 coal plowing face was realized.Research results had the great significance to improve the mine resource recovery rate,increase safety and economic benefits,and extend the service life of the mine.
