不同采厚围岩力学特征的相似模拟实验研究 被引量:28

摘要 针对一次采厚变化对采场围岩变形、位移、应力分布等力学特征的影响,根据淮南谢桥煤矿1151(3)综放工作面地质和开采技术条件,采用实验室相似材料模拟开展了不同采厚回采过程中围岩力学特征的研究.结果表明,不同采厚回采期间煤层顶、底板一定范围内的岩层应力均具有明显的分区特征,在高位岩层和工作面前方及切眼后方未采煤岩体内均形成起主要承载作用的宏观应力拱,覆岩运移形态均为非对称性;随一次采厚增加,覆岩垮落角略有变化,支承压力影响范围和两带(垮落带和断裂带)高度加大并逐渐趋于稳定;两带高度、支承压力峰值位置距工作面煤壁距离与一次采厚呈非线性正比关系. In order to explore the mechanical characteristics including deformation, displacement and stress distribution of surrounding rock during face advancing with different mining thicknesses, according to the geological and technical conditions of the No. 1151 (3) working face in Xieqiao Mine, the analyses of similar material simulation were synthetically applied. The results show that in the process of mining with different mining thicknesses, the stress distribution of rock surrounding seam roof and floor are distinct phase characteristics and there is macro- stress-arch that acts as the main loading in the overlying strata and original rocks of face frontage and open-off cut hear. And the displacement evolving configuration of overlying strata is unsymmetrical. With the once mining thickness increases, the fore-and-aft fractured angles of overlying strata are basically equable and the extent of abutment pressure and the height of caving and fractured zone are augmenting. The height of caving zone and fractured zone and the distance of abutment pressure peak value to face wall are nonlinear inverse ratio to once mining thickness.
