摘要
冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(简称冠心病)是心血管系统疾病中的常见病、多发病,目前常用的治疗方法多为益气养阴、活血化瘀及宽胸理气等。芳香类药物具有作用周全而持久、通经活络功效突出、药效发挥较快、不良反应少的特点,还有温经散寒、化瘀通络的良好功效,可使心脏收缩力加强,心输出量增加,且对心率无影响。近年来毛德西教授运用芳香类药物治疗该类疾病亦取得良好效果,可归纳为芳香化浊法、芳香理气法、芳香温通法、芳香开窍法4种方法。文中逐一介绍,供作临证参考。
Coronary heart disease(CHD)is a common and frequently occurring disease in cardiovascular system.At present,the commonly used methods of treatment are mostly benefiting qi and nourishing yin,promoting blood circulation for removing blood stasis,widening chest and regulating qi,etc..Aromatic drugs have the characteristics of small side effects,comprehensive and lasting effects,outstanding effect of activating channels and collaterals and playing a fast role in drug efficacy.,It also has the good effects of warming channel for dispelling cold,removing blood stasis for removing obstruction in collaterals,which can strengthen the contractility of the heart,increase the output of the heart,and have no effect on the heart rate.In recent years,professor MAO De-xi has also achieved good results in the treatment of this kind of diseases by using aromatic drugs,which can be summarized into four methods,namely,eliminating turbid pathogen with aromatics method,regulating qi-flowing with aromatics method,warmly dredging channel with aromatics method and resuscitation with aromatics resuscitation method.It is introduced one by one for reference.
