摘要
目的探讨术前调强放疗同步化疗对局部晚期直肠癌的治疗效果及预后情况。方法选取2017年6月至2018年11月本院肿瘤科收治的60例晚期直肠癌患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组患者通过单纯化疗治疗;观察组患者采用调强放疗同步化疗治疗。通过TRG分级评估患者的临床疗效,以患者治疗后的不良反应发生率为预后指标。比较两组患者的疗效及不良反应发生率。结果观察组总有效率为93.33%,显著高于对照组的66.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者乏力、恶心呕吐、肠炎、出血不良反应发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论调强放疗同步化疗能更好的控制局部晚期直肠癌患者的病情,提高疗效,降低不良反应发生率,值得临床应用。
Objective To explore the therapeutic effect and prognosis of preoperative intensity-modulated radiotherapy combined with chemotherapy for locally advanced rectal cancer.Methods 60 patients with advanced rectal cancer admitted to our department of oncology from June 2017 to November 2018 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group were treated with chemotherapy alone,the observation group were treated with intensity-modulated radiotherapy.The patient's efficacy was evaluated by TRG grading,and the incidence of adverse reactions after treatment was used as a prognostic indicator.The efficacy of the two groups of patients and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared.Results After intervention,the total effective rate of the observation group was 93.33%,which was statistically higher than that of the control group(66.67%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of fatigue,nausea and vomiting,enteritis,hemorrhage in the observation group was statistically lower than that of the control group,respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Intensity-modulated radiotherapy combined with chemotherapy can better control the condition of patients with locally advanced rectal cancer,improve the efficacy and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,which was worthy of clinical application.
