同步加量的调强放疗联合卡培他滨治疗局部晚期直肠癌的疗效及毒副反应 被引量:2

Efficacy and Toxicity of Simultaneous Intensity-Modulated Radiotherapy Combined with Capecitabine in Treatment of Locally Advanced Rectal Cancer

摘要 目的:探讨同步加量的调强放疗联合卡培他滨对局部晚期直肠癌的近远期疗效和患者的耐受性。方法:选择2016年1月~2018年1月我院收治的96例局部晚期直肠癌患者并采用乱数表法随机分为观察组和对照组各48例,对照组采用卡培他滨口服化疗,观察组采用加量的调强放疗联合卡培他滨同步化疗,比较近期疗效、1年生存率和毒副作用。结果:观察组总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组1年生存率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:同步加量的调强放疗联合卡培他滨治疗局部晚期直肠癌提高了局部控制率和远期生存率,且可减少危及器官受量,安全性较高。 Objective : To investigate the short-term efficacy and tolerance of simultaneous dose-modulated intensity-modulated radiotherapy combined with capecitabine in locally advanced rectal cancer. Methods : 96 patients with locally advanced rectal cancer admitted to the hospital from January 2016 to January 2018 were enrolled, and randomly divided into observation group(n=48) and control group(n=48). The control group was treated with capecitabine orally, while observation group an additional dose of intensity-modulated radiotherapy combined with capecitabine. Comparison of short-term efficacy, 1-year survival rate and side effects. Results : The effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The 1-year survival rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion : Simultaneous addition of intensity-modulated radiotherapy combined with capecitabine in the treatment of locally advanced rectal cancer improves local control rate and long-term survival rate, and reduces the risk of endangering organs.
