摘要
目的:分析不同职业类型的基层医护人员工作满意度,为加强基层医护人员团队建设提供参考依据,方法:采用问卷调查法,对上海市某区8家社区卫生服务中心的基层医务人员进行满意度调查。结果:基层医护人员满意度较高的3项为办公环境(3.968分)、中心支持协同(3.95分)、医疗设备(3.932分);满意度较低依次是收入与绩效(3.032分)、加班机制(3.569分)、休假制度(3.628分)。不同职业医务人员在不同满意维度平均得分存在差异.结论:完善基层医务人员收入与绩效激励机制和进修培训机制、优化社区卫生服务信息管理系统是提高基层医务人员整体满意度的重要举措。
Objective To analyze the job satisfaction of grassroots medical professionals in different occupations,and provide references for strengthening the team building of grassroots medical professionals.Methods Grassroots medical professionals in 8 community health service centers of Shanghai were surveyed with questionnaire.Results The indexes with the top three highest satisfaction of grassroots medical professionals were working environment,support synergy from the center and medical equipment.And the indexes with the lowest satisfaction were income and performance,overtime mechanism and vacation system.There had differences in the average scores of medical professionals in different occupations in different dimensions.Conclusion It is suggested to improve the income and performance incentive mechanism and training mechanism for grassroots medical professionals,and optimize the community health information management system for improving the overall satisfaction of grassroots medical professionals.
