摘要
目的:了解成都市社区居家老年人医养结合服务需求现状并分析其影响因素,为社区居家老年人医养结合服务体系建设提供参考。方法:通过抽签法抽取成都市主城区中的6个社区作为调查社区,采用便利抽样法选取526名居家老年人作为调查对象。利用一般资料调查表、社区居家老年人医养结合服务需求调查表、衰弱综合评估量表、社会支持评定量表进行调查。结果:成都市社区居家老年人医养结合服务需求总分为(88.38±15.55)分,衰弱总分为(55.65±11.50)分,社会支持总分为(38.88±7.91)分。医养结合服务需求与衰弱呈正相关,与社会支持呈负相关。社会支持、衰弱情况、身体状况和婚姻状况是社区居家老年人医养结合服务需求的主要影响因素。结论:成都市社区居家老年人医养结合服务需求较高,应积极完善多元化的医养结合服务,满足老年人照护需求。
Objective:To investigate the status and its influencing factors of the demand for integration of medical treatment and care service of home-based elderly in the community of Chengdu city,to provide reference for the construction of the integration of medical treatment and care service system for the elderly in the community.Methods:6 communities in the main urban area of Chengdu city were selected by lottery as the investigation communities,and 526 elderly people at home were selected as the investigation objects by convenience sampling method.The general information questionnaires,the demand for medical-nursing combined care service questionnaire,comprehensive assessment of frailty scale and social support assessment scale were used for the survey.Results:The total score of demand for medical-nursing combined care service was(88.38±15.55),the total score for frailty was(55.65±11.50)and the total score for social support was(38.88±7.91).The demand for integration of medical treatment and care service was positively related to frailty and negatively related to social support.Social support,frailty,physical condition and marital status were the main influencing factors for the demand for integration of medical treatment and care service of home-based elderly in the community.Conclusion:The demand for integration of medical treatment and care service of home-based elderly in the community was at a high level and we should actively improve diversified integration of medical treatment and care service to meet the care needs of the elderly.
