摘要
目的了解老年肺癌化疗患者的衰弱情况,并分析其影响因素。方法 2018年1—6月,通过便利抽样的方法选择广州市某三甲医院的185例老年肺癌患者,应用衰弱综合评估工具(CFAI)进行调查,数据采用SPSS22. 0软件进行分析。结果老年肺癌化疗患者的衰弱得分为(68. 30±13. 78)分,身体衰弱是得分率最高的维度,为85. 0%;癌症分期、化疗次数、低蛋白血症、贫血、生活自理能力和抑郁均对衰弱得分具有影响作用,共可解释56. 6%的方差变异量。结论老年肺癌化疗患者的衰弱情况相对严重,临床医护人员应注意加强评估患者的一般情况,并实施针对性护理,以降低衰弱对患者的不良影响。
Ojbective To understand the frailty condition of elderly patients with lung cancer undergoing chemotherapy,and to analyze the influencing factors.Methods From January to June2018,185elderly patients with lung cancer were selected from a top three hospital in Guangzhou by means of convenient sampling.The Comprehensive Frailty Assessment Instrument was used for the investigation.The data were analyzed by SPSS22.0software.Results The debilitating score of patients with lung cancer undergoing chemotherapy was(68.30±13.78),and the scoring rate of body frailty was the highest(85.0%).Cancer staging,chemotherapy frequency,hypoproteinemia,anemia,self-care ability and depression have an effect on the frailty score,which can explain56.6%variance.Conclusion The frailty condition of elderly patients with lung cancer undergoing chemotherapy is relatively serious.Clinical staff should pay attention to strengthen the evaluation of patients’general conditions and implement targeted nursing to reduce the adverse effects of frailty on patients.
