摘要
目的:从需方的角度了解北京市朝阳区老年人对社区卫生服务中心医养结合养老服务的需要现状及相关因素,为医养结合养老服务的发展提供参考。方法:选取朝阳区713名曾在社区卫生服务中心就诊或住院的老年人进行问卷调查,通过logistic回归分析探讨老年人对各项服务需要的相关因素。结果:受访老年人对各项服务的需要率均达60%以上。对服务的了解程度、经济帮助来源、居住状态、慢性病患病情况、自我感知健康状况等为医养结合养老服务需要的相关因素。结论:医养结合养老服务需要与多种因素有关,应采取针对性的措施促进医养结合养老服务的发展。
Objective: To investigate the status quo of need of elderly care service of integration of medical treatment and care provided by community healthcare centers of the elderly in Chaoyang district of Beijing and explore the related factors from the acquirer’s perspective, so as to provide references for the development of elderly care service of integration of medical treatment and care. Methods: 713 older adults who had visited or had been hospitalized in community healthcare centers of Chaoyang district were investigated through questionnaires. Logistic regression analysis was implemented to explore the related factors of the need of the elderly. Results: The need rate of the elderly for each service was more than 60%. The knowledge level of the service, source of financial assistance, dwelling status, prevalence of chronic diseases and self-perceived health status were related factors of need of elderly care service of integration of medical treatment and care. Conclusion: The need of elderly care service of integration of medical treatment and care is related to various factors. Targeted measures need to be implemented to better develop the elderly care service of integration of medical treatment and care.
