摘要
本研究采用问卷法调查某市283名新入职幼儿园教师的胜任力现状。研究结果显示,幼儿园新入职教师胜任力处于较好水平;办园性质影响幼儿园新入职教师的胜任力水平;受教育程度影响幼儿园新入职教师胜任力水平;工资收入影响幼儿园新入职教师胜任力水平。根据研究结果建议,促进院校与幼儿园的联合培养,全面提升新入职教师胜任力水平;开展有针对性的职后培训,加快新入职教师的角色转换;提高幼儿园教师待遇保障,增强幼儿园教师的职业幸福感。
With the help of questionnaire, this research makes a survey on the status quo of 283 new kindergarten teachers’ competence within a city. The result shows that new kindergarten teachers’ competence is at a rather high level, and the competence can be affected by nature of kindergarten, education level and teachers’ income. Suggestions: encouraging co-cultivation in college and kindergarten to comprehensively improve new kindergarten teachers’ competence, carrying out pertinent in-service training to accelerate new teachers’ role change and enhancement of new teachers’ treatment to improve their occupational well-being.
