我国幼儿教师胜任力研究综述——基于2007—2021年CNKI文献分析

摘要 提升幼儿教师胜任力是促进幼儿教师专业发展的需要,是提升幼儿教育质量的关键。通过对近15年文献梳理,目前学界对幼儿教师胜任力的研究主要集中于内涵解读、模型构建、个案研究、问题及影响因素、提升策略等方面,在研究方法、研究内容、研究视野和研究主体等方面存在不足,因此未来相关研究应拓展研究深度,丰富研究内容;拓宽研究视野,增加多样化研究;扩大样本覆盖面,提高研究结果科学性;重视全员参与研究,特别是一线教师的参加。 The competence of preschool teachers is the need to promote the professional development of preschool teachers and the key to improving the quality of preschool education.After reviewing the literature for the past 15 years,the current academic research on the competence of preschool teachers mainly focuses on connotation interpretation,model construction,case studies,problems and influencing factors,and improvement strategies.There are deficiencies in the subject and other aspects,so the relevant research in the future should include expanding the research depth as well as enriching the research content,broadening the research horizon to increase the diversification of research,expanding the sample coverage to improve the scientificity of the research results,and paying attention to the participation of all staff in the research,especially the participation of front-line teachers.
