摘要
澳大利亚作为较早进入老龄化社会的国家之一,在老年教育方面具有丰富的经验,较为典型的是第三年龄大学,梳理总结国内外关于澳大利亚第三年龄大学的研究成果具有重要意义。通过文献研究法,从发展模式、师资队伍建设、教学内容及虚拟校园建设等方面进行归纳和总结,在评析现有文献取得进展的基础上深入分析澳大利亚第三年龄大学研究存在的不足,并对未来第三年龄大学的研究趋势做出展望,以期为我国老年大学的研究和实践提供借鉴。
As one of the countries that entered the aging society earlier,Australia has rich experience in education for the elderly.The more typical one is the University of Third Age.It is of great significance to summarize the research results of the University of Third Age in Australia at home and abroad.Through the method of literature research,the paper summarizes the aspects of development mode,faculty construction,teaching content and virtual campus construction.On the basis of reviewing and analyzing the progress made in the existing literature,it deeply analyzes the deficiencies in the research of the University of Third Age in Australia and makes prospects for the future research trend in order to provide reference for the research and practice of senior universities in China.
