摘要
目的:对不同产地鸡矢藤挥发油成分进行GC-MS分析。方法:采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取鸡矢藤挥发油,利用GC-MS、主成分分析法及聚类分析法,对不同产地的鸡矢藤挥发油成分进行分析。结果:11批样品共鉴定出109种化合物,有10种共有成分(即棕榈酸、藁本内酯、棕榈酸乙酯、叶绿醇、亚油酸乙酯、二甲基三硫、十五烷酸、肉豆蔻酸、苯乙醛及2-正戊基呋喃);对11批鸡矢藤10种共有成分进行主成分分析,前3个主成分的累计贡献率达到76.820%;聚类分析将11批鸡矢藤分为4类。结论:该研究为鸡矢藤的进一步开发利用提供了实验依据。
Objective:To analyze the chemical constituents of volatile oil from Paederia scandens in different origins by GC-MS.Methods:The volatile oil was extracted by steam distillation.GC-MS,principal component analysis and cluster analysis were used to analyze the constituents of volatile oil from Paederia scandens in different origins.Results:A total of 109 compounds were identified in 11 batches of samples,and 10 common components(hexadecanoic acid,ligustilide,ethyl palmitate,phytol,ethyl linoleate,dimethyl trisulfide,pentadecanoic acid,myristic acid,phenylacetaldehyde,2-pentylfuran)were identified.Principal component analysis was conducted on 10 common components in 11 batches of Paederia scandens,the cumulative contribution rate of the first three principal components reached 76.820%.Cluster analysis divided 11 batches into 4 groups.Conclusion:This study provides experimental basis for further development and utilization of Paederia scandens.
