摘要
目的分析不同产地六方藤挥发油成分,为其质量评价提供依据。方法采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取六方藤的挥发油成分,用气相色谱-串联质谱技术进行测定,结合计算机检索技术对分离的化合物进行结构鉴定并用色谱峰面积归一化法获得各化合物的相对含量,并用因子分析对六方藤挥发油进行质量评价。结果从5批六方藤中共鉴定出50种化合物,其中有8种为共有成分,相同成分依次占各自挥发油总量的88.48%、66.41%、74.09%、73.51%、69.01%,各地挥发油中均存在其特有成分。提取到3个主成分,累计贡献率达到96.919%。结论不同产地六方藤的挥发油成分存在差异,因此入药时要区别对待,特有成分可作为鉴别其产地的化学标志物。
Objective To analysis on the volatile oil composition of the Cissus hexangularis Thorel from different producing areas to provide a basis for its quality evaluation.Methods Using steam distillation to extract the volatile oil constituents of Cissus hexangularis Thorel,it is measured by gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry,combined with computer search technology to identify the structure of the separated compounds,and the relative content of each compound is obtained by chromatographic peak area normalization,and the factor is used.The quality evaluation of the volatile oil of Cissus hexangularis Thorel is analyzed.Results A total of 50 compounds are identified from 5 batches of hexagonal vines,8 of which are common components,and the same components in turn accounted for 88.48%,66.41%,74.09%,73.51%,69.01%of their total volatile oils.Three principal components are extracted,and the cumulative contribution rate reached 96.919%.Conclusion Volatile oil components of the Cissus hexangularis Thorel from different places of origin,so they should be treated differently when they are used in medicine.The unique ingredients can be used as chemical markers to identify their origin.
