摘要
基于一处观览车类大型游乐设施“23m摩天轮”转盘法兰上重要连接螺栓松动的检验案例对螺栓失效模式进行全面分析研究.本文从螺纹结构力矩的角度,给出分析过程,计算了螺纹正应力分量、切应力分量与摩擦切应力分量,并通过有限元计算得到整体受力情况.最后通过计算结果分析了螺栓的失效模式,给出了原因并提出相应整改建议.分析结果为相似的连接结构提供了参考.
A comprehensive study on failure investigation on a connection bolt utilized in the turntable flange of the large-scale amusement ride monorail type(23m high Ferris Wheel).This paper gives the analysis process from the perspective of the torque of the bolt structure,and calculated the stress.Then the overall force situation is obtained by finite element calculation.Finally,the failure mode of the bolt is analyzed by the calculation result,the reason isgiven and suggestions are put forward.The results of the analysis provide a reference for similar connection structures.
