摘要
煤机使用时间较长会出现对口部件磨损老化松动,甚至行走部脱槽等现象,严重影响工作面产能的发挥。对此,研制出一种煤机对口部件燕尾锁紧装置,该装置能大大增强煤机对口部件连接的稳固性,不仅降低了煤机部件对口连接螺栓松动的频率和机械事故率,而且降低了现场作业人员维护检修煤机的劳动强度,同时提高工作面的产能。
Due to the long use time of coal machine, there will be wear and aging and loosening of counterpart parts during the use period, and even the phenomenon of moving part out of groove, which seriously affects the production capacity of working face. In this regard, a dovetail locking device for coal machine parts was developed, which can greatly enhance the stability of coal machine parts connection, not only reduce the frequency of coal machine parts connection bolt looseness and mechanical accident rate, but also reduce the labor intensity of field operators to maintain and repair the coal machine, and improve the productivity of the working face.
