摘要
针对现有立井提升钢丝绳调节作业存在周期长、占用人员多、劳动强度大、安全系数低等问题,基于机电液一体化的思路设计了一套提升钢丝绳调节装置,能够实现对提升钢丝绳在线连续大范围调节,快速就位与离位。
In view of these drawbacks: work time long,worker more,labor intensity,safety factor low and so on in the work of vertical shaft hoisting rope adjusting,a set of lifting rope adjusting device is designed based on the integration design of mechanical,electrical and liquid. It can realize hoisting rope on-line,continuous and large-scale adjustment,fast in position and displacement. It was designed the clamping rope institutions which is the most important part of this device using the mechanical wedge self-locking mechanism.
