摘要
针对井下常用的无极绳绞车存在控制精度低、缺乏监控、安全性不高、驱动装置易受到的冲击等问题,在PLC单片机以及PID控制器基础上设计了一种新型液压驱动系统,实现了对绞车运转速度精准控制,从而提高绞车的自动化控制水平,采用AMEsim软件模拟结果也表明,设计的系统调速平稳,具有较强的可靠性。
Aiming at the problems of low control precision,lack of monitoring,low safety and vulnerable impact of driving device of common endless rope winch in underground mine,a new type of hydraulic driving system is designed based on PLC single chip computer and PID controller,which realizes precise control of winch running speed and improves the automatic control level of winch.The results are simulated by AMEsim software.It also shows that the designed system has stable speed regulation and strong reliability.
