摘要
敞开式隔离开关受环境影响,长期运行会产生发热缺陷。发热点主要位于开关口、动静触头接触处、触头周围等位置。当隔离开关动静触头接触面接触电阻增大时,会由于电流效应引起过热现象。动静触头接触面氧化、锈蚀、脏污,触指弹簧失效夹紧力不足,开关闭合不到位动静触头单边接触,连接螺栓松动等,都会导致接触电阻增大进而引起发热。为减少隔离开关发热故障,需加强设备安装、设计工艺及产品质量的验收工作,提高停电检修质量,做好设备运行维护及带电检测红外测温工作。针对敞开式隔离开关发热故障进行原因分析,并提出了有效的防范措施,进一步提高电网安全运行水平。
Open type isolation switch is affected by the environment,long-term operation will produce heating defects.The hot spots are mainly located at the knife gate,the contact point of the dynamic and static contact,and the surrounding area.When the contact resistance of the contact surface of the switch increases,the overheating phenomenon will be caused by the current effect.There are many reasons for the increase in contact resistance.Firstly,From conductor aspect,the oxidized,rusted and smudged contact surface could cause resistance increased.Secondly,the increasing resistance can be caused by the failed spring with insufficient clamping force.Thirdly,unilateral contact of movement and finally the connection bolt loose all contributes to the increasing resistance.In order to reduce the thermal failure of the isolation switch,preventive measures could be taken.The equipment installation,design process and product quality inspection work should be improved.Analysis of the cause of the heat failure of open type isolation switch and preventive measures,can improve the safe operation of power grid.
